As many of you know, I have spent many hours in my Heart Studio painting (Her Art) and a couple of years ago I discovered fluid art. I kept seeing these gorgeous paintings and wondered how they possibly achieved them. Well that lead me to Shelee Carruthers and her art course. The rest is history! LOL I purchase ALL of my pigments from them and most of my paint and supplies. They are great quality and service and an amazing, supportive Facebook community for artists. I met Jeffrey back in 2014 when he was doing workshops and showing his amazing film here on Vancouver Island. Sacred Stories Publishing
In the summer of 2021 a client wanted to submit her experience of one of my healing sessions to a book about spiritual experiences. She sent me the link to the publisher and as I read about their request for submissions on awakening stories, my Guides strongly suggested I submit mine! The deadline was 3 days away and I am not a good writer… Well, I submitted my awakening story and it was accepted into the book! They are often looking for new contributors to various new spiritual books. Check them out!

Conscious Crackers
We met Jason at the Qualicum Beach Farmer’s market a few years ago. He makes small batches of gluten free crackers that are delicious and he has 4-5 flavours! If you have been to our house, you have tasted them!
Euphoric Juicery
We met Lori at the Duncan Farmer’s market selling her organic, fresh made juices & nut milks. YUM!! We are lucky she now lives nearby.
